Timtara has made online shopping into a mockery and mental torture. It induces people to but electronic goods buy offering lucrative discounts but then delivery of the product is not made. All kinds of tricks are used. At first my timtara account would not work - password had to be reset - then order was marked as pending - reason was money not received though it was an online net transaction - afterwhich it is in a state of awaiting shipment despite the stipulated time period of 3 wks being over. If at all people get their product or their money refunded after months, the company is still profiting from interest earned on our blocked money.
As per the other reviews and my experience - there is no customtakeoutercare - online complaints are not answered - telephone line is drainage of time. Many people including myself are enraged as it constitutes a complete violation under the consumer protection act.
