I have placed an order on 2nd September 2012 for galaxy tablet today its 29 september 2012 till date I have not received my product, the customer care executive each time responding us that we have raised a complain and our executive will get back to us, this is happening since last 10 days. each time I am getting this answer from them but not getting call for my complain from them, I feel now that my money has been stuck and I have been cheated. They are behaving rudely on the phone and not allowing us to talk with senior authority. now I have planned to approach consumer court for this matter and mold it legal.
