I Know few insiders at timtara. As per them they even do not have money to process a refund. I had purchased a 1 x Intex IT 2425W Beats USB / MMC / FM / Remote Speaker and the order no is 10239126. even after a month when they were not able to send the product , I asked for a refund but they said that they don’t have money to refund. 70 lac worth orders are pending to be fulfilled. they have taken the money upfront from customers and have used it and now they have no money to pay to their vendors. and the vendors have stopped supplying them. one such vendor is Spice retail.
Finally I have disputed the transaction with the bank
