I ordered a camera from Timtara.com but when I heard their reviews I cancelled my order but I had to continuously follow with them for around 12-15 days just to confirm my cancellation and then they promised to refund me in 7 days but ultimately took 20 days to refund my money.
If you want to get quick response then try involving the Payment Gateway DirecPay (Times of Money). This will make them reply soon and provide you refund. Email the following mentioned email ids and threaten them with FIR and sueing in court.
