On day 14th Jan 2012 I have placed order for Motorola ex-119 mobile phone. Timtara sent order confirmation saying 8-10 working days for delivery.(later they charged it by 10-20 working days) but they never shipped it in both time frame. So I raised charge back with Credit card.on next day of charge back they shipped it [ which is on 18th Feb] they have taken 30 plus days to ship the order.
I felt like cheated when I was getting false shipping promises from timtara. Calls not received from them as it’s always engaged. worse shopping experience ever.However positive point is I received mobile in lowest price which I never found on net or in offline world. However, after experiencing their service, I don’t have plan to buy anything with them
