I had ordered a couple of things on 12th Jan 2012. There was a discount coupon, and this prompted me to use the website.
However, till date, I have not received the products. What makes things worse is that their customer care number is not reachable. either their phone is busy or they don’t pick up the phone at all. Once, I was lucky to get through, and the illiterate lady on the other end simply kept on repeating that the product will be dispatched in 3 working days. on asking for her supervisor, she said that he has not yet reached office and I should call again after 3 pm to speak to her boss.
There is no other way for me to reach them. Their web-based query system is in a chaos, every time that I try to log in a complaint there, there is some system error and my complaint is never registered at their end.
I have given up all hopes of getting the product. I just hope that one day(I mean some lucky day), they will refund back my money.
I feel that I have donated money to a random fake site by the name timtara.
