Ordered Motorola Xoom (Wi-Fi + 3G) Tablet PC on timtara.com on 21 Jan 2012. The Timtara order Id is 10175629. The deliver promised delivery data was 8 - 10 business days. When they did not deliver in the stipulated time, I started following up with their customer support. But, after 17 days from order, they informed that the item is out of stock and asked me to select another model. I asked them to cancel my order and refund me the money. But, they are keeping on beating behind the bush and not refunding me my money. Today (the 21st of Feb) makes it 1 complete month since the order was placed.
Needless to say, I am utterly frustrated. My credit card company will soon charge me for this money, and I have no choice left.
