I have purchased a lcd tv on 18th Dec and next day order was showing Awaiting shipment status but it’s been more than 1.5 month and still showing same status. I tried follow up with customer care but nothing positive reply is received. Neither they are replying on my mails. I told them to cancel my order and put a query for cancellation but not getting any reply....
Kindly suggest to come out with resolution..or need to collect all victims of timtara and make a complain in consumer court.
