I had placed an order for a Sony TV on 04th January 2013 order number 10381252 . I made full payment thru netbanking. This is my first experience of timtara and is a real bad one. I have been requesting status from the customer support since January 23rd and every time they tell it is under shipping and shall be delivered in 2-3 days.
Why do they make such tall claims on customer delight and things like that when you can not actually deliver the things in time. The Item is still in their website and shows a delivery of three weeks. They do not respond to any mails also. Worst ever on-line shopping experience.
