Order #10382802 - 8th Jan the product was ordered.
Later I was contacted by Ritu Rawat(ritu@timtara.com) who had a chat to go for a different product.
I agreed to it and she informed it will be delivered in 2 - 3 working days.
There is a huge mail chain that I have and feels to log a proper Court Case now. I have enough evidence which is Recorded calls as well as documented emails which no replies.
When I call her on her number after knowing the name the call is hung up.
Still waiting for my product to be delivered. It will be a Month now. May I know what are you all going to do about it?
Do let me know if I have to go ahead with all the documentation to my advocate to proceed further under RTI and Section 415, Section 420, Section 206, Section 463 so on in The Indian Penal Code?
