I had bought a Food Processor from Timtara on 13th January 2013. Have not received any information on shipping or anything from them. I called many times and again and again they said it will be delievered in 3 weeks as mentioned on site that it will take maximum of 3 weeks. we have sites where we can get products in a week time than why to wait this much. BUT as I made mistake of buying from this site I waited.
It’s been more than 3 weeks now and as of now its not yet reached my city either forget about my place :(. Their customer service is worst they cut my call for complaints and they mentioned that "we will stop selling products on site" . . . . "no compensation no Refund" ....."TimTarama main aisa hi hota hai".
I am worried about my product and saw few reviews for refund also its not good experience there . . . . .
Even 1/5 is more which I am rating here for TimTara.
