I have ordered 2 Micromax A 110 total amt. 17568 /- Order No. 10399300 on 21st Feb’13 with regular follow-up, I cancelled my order after 25 days then status was PAYMENT REFUND PENDING.
After that regular follow up with VP - OPS of payment gateway via mails and threatening to Timtara for log FIR against them, status changed after 30 days to REFUNDED.
And received. a mail from TIMTARA fraud Ruchi that the payment will be refunded within 3-4 days, I was happy expected got refund till 25th Mar’13.
Its more than 2 weeks to there update REFUNDED but still not got the same, when I follow-up with payment gateway they said they received. refund request but how we refund THERE IS NO MONEY IN TIMTARA A/C TO DO REFUND.
Height of fraud! Without refund of my single rupee amt. How they update "refunded".on there site.
Now matter is again came to first stage!
Fraud online shopping site, fraud employee, fraud mail id’s and fraud contact no.
Please don’t purchase a single rupee thing from this fraud site!!
