The worst online retailer never go for it

I ordered HP 65W Smart(with connector) Adapter Order #10241766 on 22nd April and today is May 14th still my order is in Awaiting Shipment status. In meantime I tried calling their so called customtakeouter care number listed in their website Support: 0135-3051500(9:30AM - 6:30PM) you need to try atleast 20-30 times to get connected it will either say check the reliance number you are dialing or they wont pick the call or even some times they will hung up the call after answering.


Once the call centre executive picked my called and just to check the status of my order he placed my call on hold for 7 mins I couldnt wait longer, disconnected the call. When I tried again only response you get from is what you see in the website.They tell you the same status as displayed in the website, they dont have any other information.Only sentence they can repeat 100 times is " we will take up your order in priority basis" I got the same answer when I called after 10 days, 12 days, 13 days, 15 days and 20 days. They cant take order cancellation through phone we need to send a email, for which you will never get response.I sent 3 mails to’customtakeouterfirst@timtata.com’ for cancellation of my order I didnt get a reply for that till now. I dont know when I will get my order cancelled and how many more days it will take for refund.


If you are still tempted to buy a product at timtara just try their customtakeouter care number once and make a decision.
