Placed order via order no #10286434 & #10286436 dated 10.06.2012 not yet delivered. since last 16 days there is only status "Awaiting Shipment". Every time customer care speak to forward the complaint but I am not seeing any solution. they are talking about 15-20 days to deliver. When in last 16 days there is the same status.
How they can deliver the product in just remaining 5 days. Some of my friends also wanted to buy product from this site but seeing my order situation. They bought from another site. I think that’s why TIMTARA receive payment first so that customer can’t go anywhere.
I am really frustrated with service. Looking for solution....
