Timtara is a big fraud. Pl never buy anything from them. They will take money and never deliver. They will not even refund. They do not bother to respond. Their call centre is also a fraud. I am a victim. Order no 10336250 of Oct 7th 2012 for a samsung mobile. two months gone by no delivery . no refund. I asked for a cancellation and refund. They just do not bother. Police action is the on;y option for me
Finally I raised a disputed transaction with citibank and they have given a credit pending inquiry. I also taken up with the gateway techprocess and only after tehprocess the timtatar people woke up and started talking about shipping product/alternate product/ I refused product and and asked for refund but surprisingly they again cheted and shipped. I declined to take delivery. Now they are saying they will issue a draft butr I insisted on refund through credit card. Even techprocess is not responding well after initial response
