Not returning my money

I had order an Apple IPAD 2 on 5th July 2012 from timtara.com (order id – 10283734). I had done the payment using my credit card, but till now product has not been delivered to me. As per company policy customer can cancel their order if it is not shipped from there end. Hence on 18th July 2012, I had sent a mail to cancel my order and refund my money.


But after number of reminders and even calling to customer care does not resolve the issue.
