These people promised delivery in 8-10 days and then suddenly changed their delivery terms to 10-20 days. That would have also be fine but they kept me waiting on and on. They don’t have a call centre, nobody knows exact time frame, products are never in stock. That guy Raja kept promising me delivery for 30 tomorrows. I had to waste at least 150-200 rupees in talktime to follow up with them. Finally when they realized that product is not in stock and customer is getting very irate, they offered me refund which again took two weeks to reach my bank account.
This was most dreadful and painful online shopping experience I ever had. I have been shopping online since last 11 years from eBay/Baazi, Rediff, Sify & Indiatimes and I never came across such deep fraudsters.
