My name is Abhijeet Kadam, I am from Navi Mumbai. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note on 24th of Feb and till date the Shipment status shows as "Awaiting Shipment". These people also have a pathetic customer care centers as they hardly pick up any call. The last time I called in they said that they have already shipped the product and the reason for the same status is the glitch in the system, they say.
I am really tired with all this and specially when I have already paid the entire amount to them using my credit card.
Even today the status shows "Awaiting shipment" Now I wish to cancel the order but I am not able to reach them.
Well let me know if there is any way to get through them.
