I have online ordered three items on 15th and 16th of March on https://timtara.com, But after passing more then 16 days, still I have not received a single equipment which I ordered. Timtara’s customer care is so pathetic that, I tried 100s of time but no one responses, even the mobile no.s provided in there website is not responding. I tried to contact them in 9899035527, 9212563227(Mr. Imtiyaz), 9212563229(Mr. Raja), But no one cares. they never pick the call.
On the other hand, If someone try to purchase a new Item and try to make payment and in case the payment doesn’t take place Mr. Imtiyaz is so prompt to call the new customer to help him make payment and once you trap in the net of Timtara only God will help you.
I think Arindam Bose made a fabulous .com company to cheat innocent people of India. These people didn’t care at all. Is there any way to get my money back, Please suggest. Or I should have to file a police complaint as well as a cyber crime case against Mr. Arindam Bose. Please Reply.
