We ordered a Toshiba Laptop on 15th-Apr for 21, 774 Rs and since then I am waiting for the product. I am calling/writing email almost every alternate day to their support but all in vein. Pathetic support and nobody is going to help you. I am feeling like cheated and they have run away with our money. I should have seen their review earlier before buying the product.
They attract us with good discount deals but first thing they dont ship the product for 4-6 weeks and in worst case like mine they do not do anything. After so many complaints and calling they changed the status for payment pending for refund after 10 weeks but even after 4 weeks its still the same. The only answer I could get is we have escalated the concern and our back office will do the needfull.
Please dont do shopping there and anyone who got the refund with any means please share the method so that I could get my hard earned 21, 774 Rs from them.
