Worst service ever from any company. I bought a micrommax tab on 05 Nov and till 03 Jan I am getting a reply that we have escalated your case and u will get a reply from us. Till date I am waiting for their reply. At least I have made 100 calls on their no and if u say more the staff just hangs the phone. They don’t even transfer to their senior.
Pls pls dont buy, while buying I thought I am saving 1000 bucks but finally I am struggling every morning have to all them once. These people don’t even reply to your mails.
