I wish I had gone through the reviews before placing an order in Timtara. After a month of non-Delivery, I am struggling to cancel and get a refund. When major eCommerce sites have COD facility, these people don’t have COD for the obvious intentions. My money is stuck in order no.10362412 (see attached) and I will definitely join hands with others in the forum to take appropriate action against the company (if it is), if I don’t get my money back soon. They have a useless Call center, who have only "forwarded to concerned department" to say. Pradipta Sengupta.
