I have ordered a Nikon S2600 14MP Digital Camera (Purple Pattern)(S2600) on 15th of july but received the same till the date. They have promised to deliver this product within 2-3wks...dis was my first experience in timtara.com so I was completely unknown about service provided by dis site. Now I’m kicking myself for not reading out the reviews while placing my order.
I called to customer service for more den 50 times and wasted around 400+rs...dey are making us fool coz they dont have COD option also...customer care is very un cooperative...they dont know anything..whenever I called them n tell all the details dey simply says dat "it is showing awaiting shipment n i’v forwarded a complain to back hand deptt. You’ll get a call within 48hrs"(working hours which means 6 days as one day contain 8 working hours). Anyway, I have not rcvd even a single till 2day I mean after 45 days also. I am hopeless.
I dont know what to do.
