Timtara is the worst e-Commerce sites of all ever. I bought a Sony Home Theatre "DAV DZ810" which according to site was "IN STOCK". But after I transferred the amount and waited for it to be shipped. I t was not. When I contacted the Customer Care they said its not available currently and they are trying to find it in the market. And it took 3 weeks and after that when I contacted them they said we are offering you an alternate product of the same cost. But since I was not interested in the product I asked them to refund the money. But they haven’t.
For all the time I only contacted them and they never wanted to explain their side’s mistake.
Worst experience in my 4 years of online buying.
I have used eBay, Infibeam, Letsbuy and Indiaplaza. Even though I have had my fairshare of problems with all the aforementioned sites they were not frustrating.
My first eBay transaction was a massive failure resultin in debit in account but not showing in eBay’s site. But it was normalized within a week.
Beware.These guys dont even deserve "1 Star"
