I placed order #10380712 and #10380714 on 03.01.2013 for Belkin F9G826Vzb3M 8-Out Surge Protector + Sony Personal Audio ICF-F12S, but the items have not been shipped as yet despite several online/telephonic complaints made to Timtara.
They are neither giving any probable date for shipment nor refunding my money.
