Product not delivered

I have order mobile on 26th December but till date I have not received and I have written so many complaint through mail but I did not get any reply. I have to customer care also but no one is picking the calls. My order number is 10157041 and my complaint number is 17365. Please let me know how to cancel my order. I do not recommend any one to buy products from this site, no response no replies.
