I ordered a digital photo frame on January 30. I am yet to receive the product(March 6th). I wrote to Customer Care, even to the so called Chief Customer Officer so many times...but they just dont respond properly. Horrible shopping experience. Will NEVER recommend this site to anyone.
I pray & hope they at least refund my money. Its frustrating to spend so much time begging them to send the product etc. And now I think I have to spend time in forcing them to refund my amount. PATHETIC.
