Painfully bad customer support

I ordered a mobile online but the order did not contain any details about the color of the mobile that will be sent to me. I was asked to write a mail @ customerfirst@timtara.com to specify the color I want. So, I did write a mail but after repeated calling and emailing for three days, I have not got any response about the status of my order, if it has been updated or not.


Their representative Shivali called (for a sales call) and when I told I already placed an order, she took my order id never to call me back again or take my call. May be she wanted to add it to her list of successful selling.


I have dealt with other sites earlier like LetsBuy and was 100 times better than Timtara.


I will never deal with Timtara again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
