Fraud site: Don't buy anything

I ordered the 2 Samsung mobiles on 15/06/2012  and amount of order is 14, 600/- till now I didn’t get the items (10/07/2012) I called to timtara customer service. I received waste responses. I suggested  to all don’t buy any thing at timtara.com and don’t waste your money and valuable time


They never sent the items. It is a big fraud site


Anyone suggest me how to proceed further ?
