I placed an order with Timtara.com, sadly I dont know what made me take this decision. Its been two months, I have neither received my order, nor has it been shipped. Continuous follow-ups have led to no result. When asked for a refund, the CC executive (I spoke to Mr. Gaurav and Ms. Deepanshi on two occasions, rest of the time I didnt bother to find out) coolly tells me that it takes 3 days to cancel an order. My reaction was, what the F@#$!! Such disgusting service, and such unreliable and lame Customer support. At this stage, you dont even bother to pick up calls, it would certainly be too much to expect a call back.
In their confirmation mail, you boldly and very proudly say that "Within 7 months of launch, Timtara.com is rated No. 1 for User Experience & is listed in top 20 hottest E-commerce start-ups in India, based on Data quest Magazine + Sapient Nitro Research in January 2011."
Probably you are using customer money to pay such people. Little do you realize that you are making a fool of yourself (It would be an insult to all other websites to call TIMTARA a website or e-comm shopping portal). Suing you would be such an easy option, I work for a e-comm firm myself. That is exactly what I am going to do. Defaming is not in the list, as that would work only for something that has a good reputation, you know for yourself that in this case, it just does not apply.
This is my last attempt to contact you people. I have been trying to call since 2 months, and today for 3 hours!!
I am ashamed at myself for having chosen to shop with you!!
