On 20-02-2012, I purchased a Phillips Juicer Mixer Grinder from https://timtara.com website, even after 1 month, my product was not shipped, when I asked customer care they either keep on postponing the date or held my call till I cut the call as the customer care is not toll free. Later, after several call & email they changed my order status to payment refund pending from that day till now its 12-June-2012 till now the status is payment refund pending, Akosha has helped me a lot by sending snail mail to company then also no response now Akosha has helped me in approaching consumer forum that is the last hope!
And request to all folk’s. Never ever purchase from timtara the company is cunning by showing 4000 off they are cheating people and customer care never response proper.
