My experience with Timtara: On 19th May 2012 I placed an order for (Order No.:10258106 through net banking):
Karbonn K 15 Mobile Phone (Black)(K 15)
Edifier 5.1 Speaker System M3350(M3350) with Timtara.
In the order confirmation mail, it was mentioned that the products would be delivered in 10-15 working days.
Today, it is 9th May, and I haven’t received by products yet and the website still shows my order status as ’Awaiting Shipment.
I tried calling their customer care no., but the call fails to get connect! And it takes them 48 hours to reply to a mail.The overall shopping experience with Timtara has turned out to be harrowing. I wont shop with Timtara again.
