There is incorrect information on tinyowl app, I have ordered from nearby restaurent which it features from my location, it allowed me to place an order, money was deducted, than their customer representative says food item is not available.
I asked them to have that restaurent guy on call and I can change the order, they acted as if they were trying and said its not possible.
I asked why they have no answer. I googled restaurants number and asked him he says they do not have service in my area, and he had many times communicated to tinyowl, even than they allow orders to be placed, and Dont show correct information on their app, we connected to tinyowl and enquired.
She bluntly refused and says its not possible, restaurent guy too was speechless. Instead of taking respobsibility, tinyowl kept saying order should be in 3 km radius, or more than 400, but she cant comprehend that thier app says min order as 200 and mention delivery in my locality, they allow the order to be placed and Dont even bother to tell customer reason of cancellation, they Aaye food item not awailable. Boss state it in your website.
