Ordered food in MK Dabbawala, later got a call from the restaurant saying that the item is not in the menu, cos thats yesterdays item(they didnt updated the menu in that app). They asked me to call tiny owl for further assistance, the restaurant ppl doesnt have the contact number of the tied up merchants. So, I mailed them, they called me after 1 hour(completely pissed off). Then asked them to refund to my wallet. Refund happened within 1 hour.
