I recently purchased a bottle of Tiparo’s Fish Sauce, and I am absolutely appalled by the taste and quality of this product. To begin with, the smell was revolting and immediately put me off. It had an overpowering smell of fish that was incredibly off-putting and made me feel nauseous. When I tasted it, I was even more disgusted. The taste was incredibly salty and fishy, and I could not finish my meal because of it.
The texture of the sauce was also terrible. It was extremely thick and gloopy, and the chunks of fish made it even more unpleasant. It was difficult to work with and I found that I had to add extra water to thin it out.
The packaging was also far from ideal. The bottle was not resealable, so once I opened it, I had to use it all or it would go to waste. As I said before, I couldn’t even finish my meal, so the bottle ended up being thrown away.
Furthermore, I felt that the price was far too high for the quality of the product. For the same amount of money, I could have purchased a much higher quality fish sauce that would have tasted much better.
