They will get your profile and call you saying there are offers from big company for you profile. They will list out the names like CISCO, Mindtree, Congnesent, HLL, etc and they will give your profiles as the requirements from the companies(surprisingly it will 100% match with your profile).
They will request you to pay Rs 2000/ a refundable amount while paying they will increase it to around Rs 4500/- through their website https://groupofemployment.com/other-services.html and will say that it will be refunded once you get the offer and join and they will be arranging the interview once the payment is done. If you ask more they will also say that they have a agreement with time of India employment services, when asked why it is not mentioned in their web site they will give some vague answers like, Times of India did not want to publish it.
If you tell them no recruiting agency collects money from candidate, they will give the same answer that it will return to you once you join the organization. Your profile will match 100% and the amount is small you will be willing to take the risk.
Many people are there to follow up, another person also came with same above story and asked for the money saying some other companies after I said, I paid the money, he disconnected.
If you pay the amount, then they will ask you set of documents which no recruiter will ask, I am not sure what there are using those documents for. Nothing will happen for one to two weeks. After that they will call you again and say recruiter will schedule the interview through Linked-in and will ask to again open their website(https://groupofemployment.com/other-services.html) to complete the process. When you open the website they will ask you pay another Rs 6179/-. If you ask them why they have not arranged interview as promised while getting the initial money, they will say after you do this only interviews will be arranged.
