We all know that if our body is fit then no dpubt that our mind will be fit and so our health will be fit and fine. But the major problem arises is that how to make pur body fit and fine the only way to do this thing is exercises and yoga. Exercise is very important task which each and every person in this world should do to keep their body fit and fine. If we are doing exercise regularly then only we can achive some body fitness. So everyone should do this practise regularly so keep themself healthy. And along with exersise we need to so some aasanas to keep our mind cool.
