In todays generation while every body is busy in generating a good income and to achieve it work hard for it. But in those busy day of life every body forget to maintain there health which is significant concern for a human body. Thus today I will write 5 tips shortly so that you could understand it about how to perform short exercise to maintain health and be fit.
1) . Routine: Always try to have a fix routine and it is good if exercise is done in empty stomach. But try to fix atlast have exercise for 1 hour qith mix of yoga which help to build stamina and little gym exercises which will give you shape and strength to your body.
2) . Rise early for jogging: . Always sleep at night early and raise early for jogging. And always have jogging for atleast 15- 30 minutes which will not only help for maintaining shape but also will help to be fit. Remember not to drink water immeadetly after jogging leave atleast a gap of 30 minute after jogging so that heart beat will slow down or become normal .
3) . About lifting weights: . It is not necessary to lift heavy weights as most of people do to build hugh muscle. Normaly we lift weight to maintin bone density which helps not only maintain stamina but also help to build it. Thus lift weight according to your capacity which will help not only to maintain muscle but also help to build bone density.
4) Breath exercise: Normally doing yoga helps to increase the capacity of lung for holding breath. But with above function it also help to rejuvanet the brain which will help to maintain a sharp memory and also help us to manage activities quickly. Only remember that while taking each breath in it must be long breath hold for a second as per to your capacity and excel it slowly with maintaining your back straight . Do it for 15 minute it and it will change your attitude of living in life.
5) . Intake: As per routine of exercise you do in your day consume protien according to your work out done through day. For heavy exercise or work out which is perform in gym there is protien shake which will help to build mucsle.But dont take supplementary pills which is harm for body. For normal exercise if you eat bannana or brown rice which consist of iron and protien it also have same function as protien shake does in our body.
After doing the exercise drink adequte amount of water through out day and fresh juice while breakfast early in morning so it will help to gain excess fluid and ions which is lost from our body while doing exercise. Thank you.
