Exersise is not only keeps body fit, it increase confidence level. Hello! Guys I am a boxer and I shere my free hand exersise tips which is vrey help full for every one, even women can follow this. Before start I want to say one thing always remember NO PAIN NO GAIN.
1.always try to wakeup at 5: 30am and go to bed with in 12am. This time routine is more effective on our body, it increase our energy level and reduce stress.
Early morning try to do cardio exersise, like runing, skipping, jumping , squats and plunk.
First of all warmup body and start run for 30 minutes. It start slow jogging then increase speed.
Then should do skipping for one minute and ten second rest then 15 reps squats. This exersise do 3 times.
Do skipping one minute and take ten sec rest then 20 reps pushups. This process continue for 3 times
Now take one minute rest.
Now 7-8 reps pullups for 10 sets.
Then should do regular pushups 20 reps for 5 sets. And 15 reps wide pushups for 5 sets.
Do 50 reps situps for 4 sets and 50 times legrising for 3 sets.
Should do plunk one minute for 3 times. Remember do not try to lifting heavy loads if you are not trained. It may harmfull for our body.
Following this exersise maintain blood pressure, incerese energy level, reduce fat and provide you more strength than others.
