I bought a Hero honda bike with loan from earstwhile GE Countrywide in 2002. I paid up the entire loan without missing a single repayment. Afterwards when I contacted them to issue me the NOC which I can deposit In the RTO they asked me to come after a month or so. When I contacted later I found their shop shut. They disappeared in the thin air .
Recently I lost my registration papers of the bike I was asked to produce the NOC fom financing company for issuace of the duplicate registration papers, which I couldnt. I had to go throgh an ordeal to get the duplicate papers only because GE countrywide which now has become GE Money didnt issue me the NOC. Now even GE money has no office in whole of my state save the city where I reside. Though tGE Money totally disown any past business done by the old company. I dont know where to go?
Still I know that I will have to face the real music when I shall be trying to sell my bike because that will be impossible without that NOC stuff with same kind of stamp etc.
It means that I shall never be able to sell my bike only because those unethical, greedy, cheaters and absconding GE Countrywide(dis) guys.
You may please take a cue from me. Never go near them, the cheaters.
