Bodybuilding supplements**: very crucial and interesting topic for the fitness lovers. I am a world champion in power lifting 25 yr old, Young guys usually ask me which and when supplement should be taken by them. Dear folks in the begging of fitness or exercise dnt take any supplement neither its required let your body develop the basic power and energy it can by natural diet.


After six months or so start some good protien, dnt take weight gainers most of they are not natural companies have used pro hormones in their supplements to give faster results not all but most of them. Protien is necessary to build our muscles and tissues, a combination of carbs and protien works the best if taken as a post workout meal. 1gram of protein = 4 cal 1 gram of carbohydrate =4 cal 1 gram of fat = 9 cal your diet plan ratio shouls be 50:40:20 depends on your body weight and type. These days supplements like creatine , glutamine are very famous but they are good foe athletes if you are doing it only for fitness take multivitamins ( micronutrients ) which are more important for any kind of process in our body.Amino acids are very important for our body both essential and non-essential essential we get from our diet but non- essential we have to take supplements, if you take any good supplement of protien you find almost all the amino acid chain in that. Our barin get fuel only from one macronutrient that is carbohydrate so it is also very important for the functioning of brain.
