Guys lean body, well defined muscle with 6 pack is the target of everyone, but for that what you exactly needs to do very rare can answer.
Being a fitness trainer and now as a fitness analyst I happened to come across many clients who came to me with an ambition of becoming a fitness model but when time comes where they need to follow diet and restrictions, no party weekends very few of them stick strictly to it. There is very big perception for getting well defined muscles they need to load only protien and needs to cut carbs which is an incomplete truth.
If you ask me I believe to get hardness in muscles we need to load required amount of carbs.
Comming to supplements yes loading of protein is required but I wont accept that loading them is mandatory. Like any sport bodybuilding also needs discipline, commitment and punctuality but due to wrong guidance to earn few bucks few trainers spoiled the name and fame of this sport
Finally, I can tell only one thing to be in this sport
Primary needs: Proper sleep, proper diet, proper workout and these things can happen only with strong commitment and discipline which this game demands more than any other game.
Secondary needs: Supplements.
My request to my fellow trainers, guys we are in such a field where we stands a step ahead than doctors because a doctor can be helpful only after we get health issue but we as a fitness trainers with perfect guidance we can avoid our clients get infected with any cardiac related diseases which means we can keep a client so fit that there is no need of doctor in his life. So please guys be genuine towards your profession and help to make our INDIA A FIT INDIA
