Careful About Your Life, Avoid Soft Drink.

Soft Drink are bad for our health, because drinks containing added sugar include sugar-sweetened soft drinks and cordials, fruit drinks, vitamin-style waters, flavored mineral waters, energy and sports drinks provides additional energy to the diet, but no other essential nutrients such as protein, minerals vitamins or dietary fibre. Some soft drinks contain artificial sweeteners instead of added sugar. It is bad for your health. So please try to avoid soft drinks.
