Recently I have purchased Yahoo Small business to check the features. It is claimed by yahoo that it is suitable for corporate offices. But This product is not suitable for corporate offices. There are many shortcomings in this product. Even the yahoo customer care is not upto the mark. They will follow up till you book the product. After that they will never give any answer to your querries. The customer care people not even know what is email archiving.
I got the answer from customer care that it is something to do with templates! Even activation of a/c is the cumbersome task. The login screen is common for our mails & yahoo mails. This looks very cheap having paid for the service. The interesting thing is the billing information. The billing information(invoice copy) goes to any random mail ID, even though you logged in with proper yahoo ID. I have booked cablecorporation.co.in with a valid yahoo id shreyascom@yahoo.com. The billing information went to somebody else. Administration panel has the facility to create new users & aliases nothing more than that.
