While buying mobiles we check features, prices online/offline and other various facts. I did a big mistake by buying a mobile phone online and not inquiring much about the product few days back. This made me very sad and created a fear in me while buying mobile online.
I saw an ad in Vijaya Karnataka stating that 4G Mobile duel sim for just 2800/- . There was no company name or brand name on it. They had mentioned a number to book the mobile phone in the front page itself so I believed them thinking that it can’t be a fake as they have given such a big advertisement and booked a mobile for my daughter who is studying in 6th standard. It was COD so I was waiting for my parcel.
With in 12 days I got the parcel and paid him 2800/-+ 200/- extra which they had mentioned in the bill. As soon as I opened It I came to know it was a fake. Only front portion was touch screen. It was not a 4G phone. Not able to install any program. Even the charger was broken. I tried to contact them and called them. First few times they tried to give some excuses afterwards they avoided to receive my call. May be after few days they never lifted my phone call. I had a very bad experience in buying mobile online which was not of any brand.
I request my friends to buy only branded ones and using genuine websites. In a hurry to buy at cheap price don’t waste the money and be careful of such people
