To buy a phone or a smartphone tou should see that if the service centre is available in your place where you live if you are buying an iphone you will not able to download free music and video and you will regret if you use android phone and after you go to an iphone I had same problem now I was having samsung galaxy s3 it was the best to what I wanted but now I have iphone 5s and its does not offer lot we have to pay for the services in music application if you want a budget smartphone you can buy xioami redmi note4 it is in affordable price and gives you a lot android is better than ios for giving the services better but you should see the processors I reccomend you to buy the phone after you see reviews on youtube and conferm that phone is good for you will get lot more phones in these day for the budget segment hope my review will be helpfull to you
