Then search phone under that range.
Then choose the phones which gives best specification in that range.
Now check the the processor of phones that it should be good.
Now check its ram and internal storage.
Now check that the phones are running in which OS version . It should be latest . Like the android OS nougat .
Now check that if the phone brand will provide you monthly updates or not .
Now check its camera it should be good enough for your use.
Now if the phone has all the qualities then buy it .
