check the bill on which the phone was purchased
check EMEI number fromthere you will be avail to know on which phone was used etc.
check RAM ROM camera quality etc.
and also use internet to check the features of the given model.
purchase the phone if it functions well without hang.purchase if it has latest software and android
version.
lastly ask help from someone who has good knowledge in phone.
