Slow Service. Unprofessional Attitude.
I arranged a cab for 8 several hours for Rs 2000. As per discussion I was likely to pay Rs 175 for each extra hour. So when I finished my own trip driver started asking Rs 1200 with an extra hour. Most disgusting portion is, customer care also reinforced this nonsense.
When I refused to cover that unfair amount both of which started started threatening with law enforcement officials. Driver went to police and I dont know very well what happened there, he came back at 4 O’clock each day and asked me to pay out the fair amount Rs 2300. Advice to the master of celcabs: Correct your staff and also policy, else celcabs will come to an end of business.
