Child Obesity was never heard of a decade ago.The changing lifestyle has led to skyrocket obesity in children.
This is due to the increase in consumption of junk food and lack of physical exercise.Moreover child obesity is a dangerous condition which can lead to cardiovascular diseases that might even threaten the life.
This condition is also the result of parents that are unable to spend time for their children as they resort to shortcuts and thus lowering the priority level of their role as parents.This has to change health should be given priority.Nothing else matter if one is not healthy.
Health is wealth.
There should be tips taken to control this or the life expectancy of our country will be affected. These are the tips I suggest
1) make time to care for your children, They are yours no one else will care for them.
2) support the idea of physical exercise.Force them to play outdoor, be with them whenever possible.
3) control the consumption of junk food.Also reduce their pocket money if found so.
4) advise them on the consequences they will have to pay.
5) teach them yoga.
6) control the use of gadgets like smartphones and playstations.
7) force them to consume more vegetables and fruits.
8) ask them to drink lots and lots of water.
